Amber Konold has been a Crime Analyst with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department since 2016, specializing in complex cases such as robbery, theft, sexual assault, aggravated assault, and high-priority special projects. She plays a critical role in providing tactical intelligence for real-time cases, collaborating with the Southern Nevada Counter Intelligence Center (SNCTC) to inform strategic analysis and enhance law enforcement operations. Amber is also deeply passionate about environmental criminology and geographic profiling, applying her expertise in crime patterns and human behavior to develop effective prevention strategies. |
As a dedicated member of the Joint Child Abduction Rapid Deployment (JCARD) team for Southern Nevada, Amber contributes to swift-response efforts aimed at recovering missing children, underscoring her commitment to public safety and the protection of vulnerable populations.
