David FosterDavid Foster is an Intelligence Professional having worked for local, state, and federal government. David began his career working as a Crime Analyst for the Louisville Metro Police Department's (LMPD) Real Time Crime Center in 2016. He worked on all criminal matters for LMPD, but primarily worked on homicide cases and violent crimes during his 4 year tenure. After LMPD, David was a Financial Crimes Intelligence Analyst for the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) working on financial crimes on an international scale with the Egmont Group. Once his work with FinCEN concluded in 2021, he moved onto U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) where

he was an All-Source Intelligence Analyst with the Middle East and North Africa bureau, as well as Environmental Crimes. After his move from USAID in 2023, David has been the Intelligence Specialist with the Department of Justice, US Attorney’s Office - Eastern District of North Carolina where he supports the entire Criminal Division, which comprises the National Security, OCDETF, Violent Crimes, and Economic Crimes sections.
David also served with the United States Marine Corps for 6 ½ years and 20th Special Forces Group for close to 7 years, where he currently serves in a reserve capacity.
