Dr. Angelica WillsDr. Angelica Wills is a psychology fellow and has over 5000 clinical hours of experience working in both public and private mental health facilities. She is currently working at Jersey Shore University Medical Center and at a private psychological practice. She has helped develop psychotherapy curriculum for didactic training with medical residents at Jersey Shore University Medical Center. Additionally, she currently is an adjunct professor at Georgian Court University in the Psychology Department where she teaches courses in criminal profiling and forensic psychology.
After following many different paths to becoming a psychologist, Angelica learned that the path to your goals is not always direct and clear-cut. In addition to her background in psychology, she also has 10 years of previous experience as an armed nuclear security officer. That career not only helped her gain skills in security and protection, but also allowed her to adapt to working with a variety of people from many different backgrounds. In addition, Angelica has used some of her skills obtained in security to add to the knowledge base of threat assessment. |
