Gary S. Hodson
B.S., IAAI-CFI

Gary is an experienced criminal and forensic investigator and instructor.  He is currently a Senior Fire Investigator for an International Forensic Investigation Company.  He retired from the public sector in 2006, following 34 years of service in law enforcement, emergency medical service, and the fire service.  His public sector experience included supervisory and investigative responsibilities.  He has investigated numerous major cases, including bank robberies, homicides and death investigations, and aggravated arsons.  He has 

investigated fires since 1991 and became an IAAI-CFI in 2003.  He has investigated over 1,000 fires. He has been an adjunct instructor with the Utah Fire and Rescue Academy and Utah Valley University.  He has instructed emergency medical technician and fire investigation courses.
