Matthew V. ParkerMatthew V. Parker, J.D. is the founder and president of OPS Consulting and Investigative Services LLC, an Arizona based licensed private investigation company (AZ Lic#: 1689141). Prior to entering the private sector, Mr. Parker worked in various law enforcement roles including as a deputy sheriff, a patrol officer, detective, investigations unit supervisor, and special agent. Mr. Parker’s most recent law enforcement experience was as a Special Agent for the Arizona Attorney General’s Office where he was assigned to complex financial crimes and responsible for recovering of assets for crime victims. During his tenure Mr. Parker was approved to seize over $55 million dollars in illegal assets through court approved seizure warrants.

Unfortunately, Mr. Parker suffered a service-connected injury and retired from law enforcement. This ultimately resulted in Mr. Parker obtaining his law degree (J.D.) and forming his company where the team of five retired law enforcement officers take on a wide range of investigations for both public sector and private clients. Mr. Parker holds numerous certifications, degrees, and has developed advanced technical skills throughout his career. Mr. Parker and his team volunteer their time, skills, and experience to assist the critical mission of the Cold Case Foundation.
