Nancy AguilarNancy Aguilar has 20 years of law enforcement experience, 13 of which were dedicated to working complex counterterrorism investigations and driving national security in the field and in the
classroom. This includes a track record serving the San Juan Division in the Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF) and on an Extraterritorial Squad in the Washington Field Office as a Special Agent, and three-years' experience as a Supervisory Special Agent at the FBI's Counterterrorism Division at Headquarters working in risk mitigation and risk assessment, and training new agent trainees as an Instructor at the FBI Academy. Previously, Nancy worked for several years as a contract Linguist Analyst for the Drug Enforcement Administration and other federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies. Nancy investigated threats stemming from various terrorist organizations and self-radicalized extremists. Nancy is an expert at devising and executing multidisciplinary investigative strategies for high-profile investigations. Nancy led investigations related to |
transnational terrorism financing involving terrorist groups and State Sponsors of Terrorism, the Boston Marathon, cold suicide bombings, and the kidnapping of retired FBI Agent Robert Levinson.

Nancy has a Bachelor of Technology in Criminal Investigation and a Masters of Forensic Sciences with specialization in investigation. Nancy is a certified FBI Instructor and obtained certification as a Digital Extraction Technician. Nancy is fluent in Spanish and French, and speaks some Arabic.
