Tim CuddTim has over 42 years of investigative experience including law enforcement, fire and arson, private and corporate security, loss prevention, and insurance fraud claims. He has investigated and helped investigate hundreds of cases throughout his career.
During his law enforcement career, Tim advanced into the Criminal Investigation Division. He moved from General Assignments to Property Crimes, Forgery, and into Crimes Against Persons which included various assignments in Vice, Narcotics, and Intelligence along the way. |
Upon finishing his law enforcement career, Tim worked in corporate security where he was responsible for investigating internal and external theft cases with inventory shortages involving million dollar plus occurrences. After a few years, Tim accepted a position as Fraud Investigator and then Fraud Investigation Unit Manager with a large insurance carrier managing 9 investigators and a territory of 11 states. Those investigations comprised all lines including liability, property, fire and arson, workers compensation, medical, medical billing fraud, and auto claims. Over the past 20 plus years, Tim has also owned his own Private Investigation Company specializing in insurance fraud and fire and arson cases.

Served on the Board of Directors Missouri Chapter International Association of Arson Investigators for a total of 23 years including Board President.
Appointed by the Missouri Governor and served on the Missouri Private Investigator/Private Fire Investigator Licensing Board. Responsible for developing and enacting those licenses and enforcing the rules and regulations for those licenses.
